INFORMATIVA D. LGS. 196/2003
(PRIVACY CODE)
You are herewith informed that our company, DOIMO IDEA Srl, complies with the privacy regulation envisioned by Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Following is a description of how your personal data will be processed, including data that we already have and any further data that we may collect in the future.
A) Nature of data being collected.
We will record and process the following data: personal data (name, surname, tax code, etc.) e-mail address communicated to us by e-mail or in other ways by the data subject;
B) Purpose of data processing.
We will process your personal data:
* in order to collect information before concluding contracts;
* in order to fulfil obligations related to contractual relations;
* for administrative and management purposes (book-keeping/fiscal obligations);
* for statistical purposes;
* for banking and credit related activities.
* Where necessary because of the above reasons, your personal data may be communicated to third parties (refer to section F).
C) Unsolicited communications.
“Unsolicited” advertising communications, commercial communications and other communications mentioned by section 130 of the Privacy Code shall be made upon authorization by the data subject provided the means of communication listed in section 130 of the Privacy Code are used.
D) Modalities of data processing.
Your personal data will be processed mainly by electronic means, by means of computerized systems or on paper and saved on computerized systems, on paper or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures contained in Annex B of the Privacy Code (Technical Specifications concerning Minimum Security Measures).
E) Obligation to provide one’s personal data and consequences of failure to do so.
Requested data must be obligatory provided by the data subject. All data collected by DOIMO IDEA Srl for the purposes set out at section a) shall be used with a view to ensuring the data subject receives prompt and more comprehensive information. Failure to provide some of the data means that the data subject may not be able to receive the service requested.
F) Third parties to which your personal data may be communicated.
If necessary, your personal data may be communicated to third parties outside DOIMO IDEA Srl for the purposes of section a).
Below is a list of third parties to which your personal data may be communicated by our company:
* Credit institutions;
* Professionals (agents, accountants, solicitors, etc.);
* Shipping companies;
* Credit recovery companies;
* Agencies or other entities having the task of making commercial communications or sending advertising or information material;
* Companies belonging to the Group;
* Public Security Authorities.
G) Rights of data subjects, section 7.
Data subjects shall have the right:
a) to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if these data have not yet been registered, and to have such data be communicated in intelligible form;
b) to obtain indication of the following: origin of their personal data, purpose and manner of their use, logic applied in case of treatment with electronic means, identification of the data controller;
c) to obtain from the holder of their personal data with no delay:
1) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
2) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
3) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
d) Data subjects shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
e) Data subjects shall have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
The above rights may be exercised by sending a request by e-mail to the data controller : info@doimoidea.it
The rights related to personal data concerning a deceased person may be exercised by any entity that is interested therein.
The data subject may grant power of attorney or representation to natural persons, bodies, associations or organisations in connection with exercise of the rights above.
H) Response to Data Subjects.
The right to obtain communication of the data in intelligible form does not apply to personal data concerning third parties, unless breaking down the processed data or eliminating certain items from the latter prevents the data subject’s personal data from being understandable.
Where it is not confirmed that personal data concerning the data subject exist, further to a request as per Section 7(1) and (2), letters a), b) and c), the data subject may be charged a fee which shall not be in excess of the costs actually incurred for the inquiries made in the specific case.
The fee referred to in paragraph 7 of article 10 of the Privacy Code is to be paid by bank or postal draft, or else by debit or credit card, if possible upon receiving the relevant response and anyhow within fifteen days of said response
I) Communication of the data to other entities, also abroad: personal data may be communicated to other entities in third countries outside the European Union for the purposes set out at section B.
